That's the biggest lie of them all. The final BCS standings almost never differs from the human polls. The only time they did was in the 2003 USC-OU debacle. The #2 team in the human polls has been #2 in the final BCS standings every year since then, because the formula is now 2/3rds human polls. Ironically enough, the only reason they even weighted the human polls more was in response to that debacle. They figured if a computer couldn't recognize that USC deserved to go over an OU team that didn't win its conference, then human logic needed to step in. Well, fast forward 8 years, and Alabama is the number two team in the country because ESPN hammered the narrative home all season that they were the second best team. That's literally the only reason.
Anyway, this system sucks and fuck Alabama and fuck ESPN and fuck the Cartel. LSU will win by two touchdowns, Oklahoma State will beat the crap out of Stanford and ESPN will continue to pretend like nothing is wrong.
