I say no, but I would absolutely let this guy in. I mean, we've talked time to time about guys like Jermaine Lewis, Dante Hall, etc, but they all seemed to fade away shortly. This guy has been a return threat his entire career. If there's one guy you actually don't kick the ball to, it's this guy. This guy has actually changed the face of games and is apparently so good at it, he draw defenders to him on a return when the balls nowhere near him (see the Johnny Knox called back return).

That's most of his returns minus about two, I believe. I don't think there's ever been a returner that changes the game like he does. There were games where he really was the offense for the Bears. This guy has, what, six years under his belt and already owns the NFL record and is tacking on to it? To be that unprecedented says HOF to me, even if it is "just special teams".
