You don't HAVE to go through event by event. There are times you won't find the car needed for the particular race. So you can jump around depending on your level.

One piece of advice for all the classic cars series(american/british/japanese/etc), make sure you get the car needed as soon as you see it in the used car lot. It can be a pain in the ass otherwise.

dude I fucking suck... I pimped the shit out of my Skyline... now I can't turn lol it has I think 712 HP I got fully custom suspension and whatnot, still can't seem to figure it out... even then there are no races unlocked yet that I can use it, tried online... all the big kids laughed at me

Got the SS5 down to 6.421 sec gap with a couple of driver errors.

Ok so went into the Japan store and downloaded the pack. I already have 2 of the Chrome Line cars, the Jaguar is what I wanted, but somehow the damn pack won't load in the game. Looks like they built in a Japan only code on these packs, before on most DLCs you could download in Europe or Japan store and use them in NA.

BTW......there is a pretty cool 6 car pack for the PSP version of the game in Euro, if any of you guys have the PSP, download the pack and you can transfer the cars to your system.
