Gonna be picking up a PS3 and 1 game today in all likelihood .. anybody got any suggestions? I will not buy COD MW2, I don't enjoy shooters.

I'd recommend Uncharted or Uncharted 2 right off the bat. But start getting excited for MLB The Show 10

Yeah I was thinking about just waiting until the Show comes out to buy the Ps3.. but I really want the Blu Ray like right now.

why not buy a RPG or something. UC 1 and 2 are not going to provide replay value unless your a guy who runs thru a game a few times.

idk if you have a 360 or if you now getting to the next gen consoles. But if you havnt played fallout 3 i would pick it up for cheap and run thru that while waiting for the show.

give me 3 difficluty settings and i would agree with you. Or at least give me check point or unlimited saves then your right.

it's not frustrating if you play the game properly.


checkpoints, unlimited saves and easy mode has made gaming so pussified and unchallenging it's not even fun half the time anymore. heaven forbid you have to do something over again! you must have went through multiple NES consoles back in the day....back when games were legit.

i hate that just about every game has to be beatable by everybody within 2 weeks of having it or else it's frustrating and/or shit.
