Actually, no. I haven't been able to play many games the past few days because I have been sleeping like shit. She has been playing on my 360. She already got 1000/1000 on it and wanted to play it again. She knows I'm not much of a HP fan so she decided to play again on my 360 so I get the cheevos. What a great wife. ;)

I really need to stop buying games. I bought GH:WoR guitar bundle, TDU2, Dungeon Siege 3, NFS:HP and Shift 2 all thanks to sales over the last few weeks.
I think I need to only focus on the big titles coming out the rest of this year (Uncharted 3, Gears 3, Resistance 3, Rage, etc.) and stay away from CAG.Comment

So last night I finished the Demon's of the Badlands DLC for Red Faction:Guerrilla. We'll worth the $5. I got all the cheevos except for finding the 75 collectibles.
Smashing the he'll out of a building and running away as you pan the camera behind you to watch it crumble like a house of cards never gets old.Comment

It's not perfect by any means though. Controlling some of the vehicles is clunky and the difficulty is insane. I played the main game on Normal but most people will tell you that was equivalent to playing on Hard. I played most of the DLC on Normal until the last mission. I kept having to replay the last few sections because it was insanely difficult so I dropped it to Casual so I could finish it up.
I can honestly say that Guerrilla is one oy favorite games of this generation. THQ hit a few out of the ballpark with RF and the Saints Row series.Comment

Guerrilla is such a great game and you can probably get it for dirt cheap. There are tons of missions and it's open world, unlike Armageddon, although I'm basing that on the reviews and the demo because I haven't played the final game. The destruction is absolutely awesome.

i think amazon is having another game sales thing tomorrow. i saw it on cag. i need to buy another 360 before i get the fall gamesComment

Bottom line is that THQ makes extremely fun games. Besides the two you mentioned, they are also responsible for the WWF/WWE games, including No Mercy (one of my favorite games period) and a great RTS game in Supreme Commander (though Gas Powered Games went to develop the second SC with Square Enix.)
Homefront is also a good game but the campaign is ridiculously short, even for FPS standards.
It's another Gold Box. Most of the time they suck balls.Comment

I've been thinking about my point situation recently and I'm seriously wondering if someone from this very site is responsible.
Point one:
The first theft occurred my first day of vacation. I had mentioned here several times that I was leaving and going to be away for a while and coincidentally my points disappear the exact day I leave.
Point two:
The second theft happened literally a day, if I'm not mistaken, after I had added the two 4000 point cards to my account. Again, I had mentioned that here on the site because I was talking about possibly getting Trenched.
Point three:
The stolen points were used to purchase shit in FIFA 11. This site is a sports gaming site (mostly). They were used to download a myriad of other arcade games or content. Nope, just FIFA bullshit.
Point four:
IIRC my email and password were the same on Live as it was on this site. Since then my info has been changed with everything else.
As far as I know those two times were the only times that my account was compromised because I've only had to recover my gt those two times. On both occasions many people from this very site would've had direct knowledge of pertinent information pertaining to myself or my account habits, whereas no one else would've. I find it hard to believe that some random clown would've gotten that lucky...twice.Comment
