That video is from March so it's probably not terribly up to date.

I couldn't disagree more. The new leveling system makes sense, and I loved the perks from Fallout 3, glad that they've brought a perks system to Skyrim.Comment

Guys im so fucked in oblivion, first I was doing a quest and got the vampirism disease I tried curing it with a potion but that didn't work. Then without realizing it I went ahead and started to do a mage guild quest and in the process of that, this dick wouldnt tell me were the guy was after doing the prank for him.
So I tried to mess around and hit him with the sword and someone ended up dead and with all of this going on I have the full blown vampire disease.
To make matters worse i've just been running with the auto save so now I can't even go back and fix this shit, I went to the guy to fix the vampire shit but he's threw me out of the guild and I need to get 20 vampire dust and 20 dadrea hearts.
I don't even want to play anymore if I have to do all this shit to get back to were I was.Comment

Hmm you think the dark brotherhood quest will give me a cure for the vampirism?
Edit just seen this
You may not be able to start this quest if you were in the Mages Guild but have been suspended from the guild. If so, you will need to complete the required task and be reinstated in the guild before starting Vampire Cure. Specifically, speaking to Raminus Polus will not move the quest forward, but you can proceed to speak with Janus and the quest will continue normally.Comment

Vampire cure quest isn't bad, just takes a while and you basically have to do it all before continuing with the game. It is a pain in the dick having to avoid daylight and what not, but you hit up a few challenging caves n shit finding decent loot along the way.
I'd recommend getting into the habit of manually saving, I have 3 separate saves on the go and use them frequently to avoid something bad happening. The game plays for far too long to risk a bug or something fucking you over.Comment

Meh, i choose to turn vamp from Vicente Valtieri. And just ran with it like a G. If you stay fed sunlight barely fucks with you if at all. And if you don't feed your like superman and night time.Comment

Wat.
I did not know this. Once you go full vampire, sunlight ends you in like 5 seconds. I didn't know feeding altered your sunlight damage or I probably woulda stayed vampire. The stat boosts were like throwing a game genie on your save game.Comment

Also has anyone ever turned into a werewolf? I know it's in the game, but i've never seen it.Comment

Hopefully something entirely new for Skyrim.
I think I may try out that upgrade mod for Morrowind and replay that game after I finish this Oblivion through.
If only just to walk down that first road to see the mage fall out of the sky. Probably one of the funniest things I've ever seen in a game.Comment

Or just go along with being a vampire. Like the Saluki said, as long as you feed regularly it's not that bad.
If you want to get off of suspension try finding alchemy shops that might have the things you need to make your search a bit easier.Comment
