Giant Bomb is going to have a 12 hour stream tomorrow. I plan on tuning in for some of it. Still not sure if Skyrim is something I can get into. This should confirm/break that prediction.

I can echo the sentiment, albeit not knowing what Juego's reasons are. I do not like Bethesda games for the most part. I tolerated Morrowind, disliked Oblivion, and tolerated to liked Fallout 3. I was in the minority of people that was excited when they heard that Skyrim was going to be more like New Vegas (but knew it couldn't be true because the story was too good for a Bethesda game).
I am cautiously optimistic and waiting to see what I can see first. If I like it tomorrow, I will preorder through Amazon same day (woot having off of work tomorrow).Comment

It's kind of the same reason I didn't play Dragon Age...not to say that there is a great comparability between the two, but maybe it helps you(Maynard) see where I'm coming from... The gameplay is not suited to my taste to play it for 30+ hours. I'm well aware that it's going to be one of the better games of the year, but it's probably not for me.
But maybe there's something I discover that might be a spoiler to many, but will draw me in to a game that I otherwise would not have played, in the stream tomorrow.Comment

Gamespot's link to page 2 of the review. If you just click on Skyrim from the site you won't find it. There is no score for it yet. Here is the good and bad.
Edit: Page 1 is working now.
Click the first link for page 1 and the second for page 2.
The Good:Immense world stuffed with varied tasks to perform - Dragon battles are a blast - Lovely art design capped by some beautiful, atmospheric touches - Enjoyable battles that you can approach in a variety of ways - Lots of compelling, self-contained stories to experience in addition to the main one.
The Bad:Glitches and bugs frequently disrupt the immersion - Friendly AI is often more of a hindrance than a help.
I expected the bugs issue, it happened with Fallout 3 and Oblivion. The companion thing is meh to me since i don't plan on using them since they were a pain in Oblivion and Fallout. I can't wait to see the score.
Gamespot Summary: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is the big, bold, and beautiful sequel you hoped for and is sure to bewitch you for countless hours.Comment

Review – Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Feed your Console
Feed Your Console gives Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim a 9 out of 10
Pros:
-Length of the Game – I’m 30hrs in and don’t see an end in sight.
-Replay Value – There’s just so much to do and see the game will no doubt -warrant a 2nd or even 3rd play through.
-Sandbox games – I’m a sucker for sandbox style games. This one is huge.
-Graphics – the characters look cleaner and the environments have much more depth resulting in a prettier appearance.
Cons:
-No Co-op – I always get shit for this but I’m a huge fan of coop experiences. This game screams for it.
