    What?

I traded LOU back in and got back all but $4, thanks to their deals. Good job making a wrong assumption.

I haven't read how he gets this $4 deal...I'm assuming it means he's buying some other game in order to get it. Either way, it's still $4 more than it would have cost me to share a game on XB1. Stupid people gonna stupid(not KG, the people that didn't want DRM).

So you rented it, not bought it. Ok.

Meanwhile in reality, developers complain about slumping stock values and inability to meet rising costs of development.

You can get any new release at FamilyVideo for $5 for 5 nights. Without the hassle of dealing with Gamestop.

Guess this also means Gamefly can stay in business with Xbone games, how terrible that is!

So I traded in a $60 game for $56 after getting to get what I wanted out of it. What point are you making here that makes Gamestop evil? I even have an online pass to sell and can come out with a profit. The horror!

Who the fuck is talking about rentals? I'm talking about USED GAMES, TRADE-INS. If you want to go to Redbox and rent a game for a few days that has a completely different effect on developers compared to a game that is bought new, traded in, re-bought from GS, traded in again, re-bought, etc., etc. Considering that the developer only sees income from that first purchase, I wonder why their stock values are falling and they don't have the capital to keep up with development costs.

He assumed I traded in something worth $60 for $8 to get it.

Oh so allowing one person to buy it and share it for free with all their friends was the surefire way to solve this problem am i rite?

You likely bought another game with it, which you will sell back for $15 and they'll sell for $55....but hey, like I said, it's still $4 more than it would have cost me on XB1.
