So I just encountered Father Gascoigne for the first time. I got that dude down to a quarter of life left before he just completely obliterated me. I'm not gonna lie, I wasn't expecting to last as long as I did against him. Once he switches into the beast, he becomes a complete aggressive bitch.

It should be noted that I did all that without stunning him and following it up with a Visceral Attack. Which looking back now, he seems like he would be very prone to visceral attacks before he transforms.

Fucking took that assbag down on my first try, and swore/yelled so loudly with delight I got in trouble with my dog, cat and girlfriend.

After the shit I've heard about him, was not expecting it. Everything just rolled my way (10 Molotovs to whittle him down to half health helped a ton).

got to him in the 2nd phase when he transforms - 2x.

need more time to figure out his movement.

this game is really

Haha, yeah I found out that's the #8 boss. All the nopes. Finally figured out where I was supposed to go. Did some leveling up in the new area (a little over-leveled right now and I have a weapon I found in that area I shouldn't have been, yay me) and I'll face Vicar Amelia tomorrow.

Cool ass weapon. I got it early too. You should go after the witches before Vicar. Killing the Vicar changes the entire spawns to make it more difficult
