From what I heard, the Ostagar thing had to do with them finding something wrong with the final coding...

Dunno if the gaming community would overreact more from a shitty product or the delay (like some are doing now).

As for the "Awakening" expansion, I'm calling 15 bucks total for the thing.

Bioware is linked with Dungeons and Dragons.

It's turn based in a way but it displays in a real time view. (which you can pause to assign commands to your party members)

All the "dice rolls" happen in the background and you don't see them, but that's how things are calculated (amount of damage dealt, etc)

never played D&D and other then knowing the name idk anything about it. I dont think i will ever understand the concept of a turn based game. how these game work just doesnt make sense to me. I tried Civ 4 and couldnt get past the tutorial. It was almost like playing a board game and making my moves

I already paid full price for the game (before friggin' Wal-Mart dropped it down $20 for the Holidays ) and then dropped $7 for Warden's Keep for the Warden Commander Armor.

So thats like $69... I hope they'll get their shit together as far as the coding and testing goes for the thing because at $40, they can't afford to bring it in late or anything.

15 hours of content is a lot. There's plenty of retail games for $60 that don't offer 15 hours of play time.

As long as there's new voice actors, text scripts for your party (dunno if you'd be able to get everyone back for this one... Claudia Black has hot things to do I suppose...), weapons, armor...

I just have a bad feeling that I'll be let down (as selfish as that sounds).

I find it funny how closely knit Mass Effect and Dragon Age is if you look into the games hard enough... Blood Dragon Armor sharing nonwithstanding.

If you had the party I had throughout the game (Me as a Sword and Shield Warrior, Alistair as the party Tank, Morrigan as the Mage, and Leilianna as my Archer), all you gotta do is this:

-Feed Alistair health poultices like crazy as he gets the Demon's attention
-Have Morrigan cast Cone of Cold inbetween feeding her lyrium potions and health poultices

After a while, it's just a matter of when you put the Demon down...

Added bonus: You still get to use the forms you picked up by going through all that "The Fade" bullshit so you could just either switch to Stone Golem form or the Magic form that lets you cast Crushing Prison all day and kick that dude's ass all day.
