This season looks like it is going to be good as fuck.

Yeah that episode was crazy. I expected everything that happened in that episode to maybe happen over 3 and just drag on so I thought it was a good episode and I'm very excited for this season. Season 2 is my favorite just because it felt like there was more at stake so this season seems similar.

The fact that this season will have her at her absolute worst as a featured character along with Dexter in his own scenes. It'll basically make all of the scenes unbearable.

She's actually been a supporting character with her own little side story.

Now, she is being thrust into the main story.

It has become an awful show...but I guess I've committed. I watched Entourage for like 5 seasons simply because I started it despite it being the worst show on TV.

I don't plan on watching every season of the show, would it be worth it to skip Season 3 all together and watch Season 4?

Nothing inherently wrong with S3, it just didn't work for me like 1, 2, or 4. I would watch it because you might lose some things that you'll need for 4.

I found Jimmy Smits to be pretty unbearable during S3. He over acted and the storyline was shitty.

Then came Julia Styles & Colin Hanks S5 & S6, which made Smits look like Marlon Brando.

The last two seasons definitely lacked and were not where Dexter should have been. I enjoyed season 3 more than most people and I personally enjoyed season 2 more than 4. 2 was my favorite easily. I'm not known for being a movie/tv show critic though, so yeah.
