I am equally paranoid as I am one of only 2 of my close friends that has read the books. So I get bombarded by my non reader friends for spoilers, even though they don't want spoilers. So I have to tease them in ways that are fucking exhausting. Give enough without giving too much is something I should put on my fucking resume at this point.

I miss the power and numbers the non-readers once had around here, having heavy weights like Nahste and Palooza on our side made us a force not to mess with. But now that they've changed sides and with the rest of the readers have climbed the wall, George Martin's incapability is the only thing that can stop them running rampant.Comment

Something about Margaery Tyrell that just drives me nuts. So gorgeous. Finally we got to see more of the White Walkers. I wonder what they're gonna do when they find out that's their last baby.

I am so paranoid that I don't even try and talk about the show online with people because I am so weary of spoilers. It really does suck. You can try and separate book readers from the non but even then you have to be weary. This is one of the only shows that any little detail can be a spoiler. If someone were to come up and tell me Jamie is such a great character in the 5th book, I feel like thats a big ass spoiler because now I would know he's safe up until that point at least. The Wire was similar to this, but even that show had safe characters. In this show anyone can die because it has 15 other characters waiting to take their place. This forums seem to be the only one that really does keep it separate.I am equally paranoid as I am one of only 2 of my close friends that has read the books. I've taken the approach of...I'm not going to watch my tongue for some slack-jawed lollygaggers...I'm going to talk about the show and the book...it ain't my job to avoid revealing spoilers, its other people's job to avoid said spoilers.
"Oh, man, so-and-so happened during Gamez of Thronez!"
"Oh, have you read the book..."
"No."
"Then get the fuck out, because I'm gonna talk about Coldhands"
Seriously though, the whole Spoiler Revolution rustles my damn jimmies.Comment

Natalie Dormer isn't a 10...but she oozes sex. She looks at you, and the rocket ship is fired up. Then, you proceed to knock her block off for a coke-fueled weekend at a seedy motel.Comment

I love the screen time that Karl is getting. The way he looks, and his raspy voice is amazingly chilling.Comment

I'd hire Little finger to murder anyone who stood between Dormer and I if I had a shot.

Yeah but you can get to the last book pretty quickly whereas the show paces itself enough for me that I can wait to see the visual gore of each death and subsequently read about it in more detail later on when season is over

I guess I see your logic, but the books do a much better job than the show. I saw the first season before I started reading this season. I finished the second book before watching that season. I can say, hands down, that every season since the first one was enhanced by the books, and the first book was not enhanced by me seeing the show first.[REDACTED]Comment
