Episode 7 is probably the best one so far. I'm sure the next three will all top each other though.

I have liked it since the beginning, but I would say episode 5 and beyond it has gotten better and better. I have high hopes for the end of the season, and having read books 1 and 2 now, while I'm sad that I won't be shocked by anything, I am curious what plot point they'll choose to end the season with.

Finally caught up...this show is so amazing, just as captivating as the books.

One thing I didn't particularly care for was the Loras/Renly relationship, which is eluded to in the books, but leaves no guessing room in the series.

Can someone tell me why Ned is all beat up and using a cane? I watched episode 5 but I feel like my downloaded episodes missed something cuz I don't remember him getting jumped or anything.

He fought Jaime Lannister outside of Littlefinger's brothel because Ned's wife took the Tyrion, Jaime's brother, captive because she thought he tried to kill Bran. As they were fighting one of Jaime's guardsmen put his spear through the back of Ned's leg. Ned also only had 3 or 4 guys with him but Jaime had at least 20.

I dont know why, but I was not impressed by episode 7 although it did set up the series main plots. sucks that were going to have to wait 2 weeks to get a new episode of games and thrones (those of us who watched episode 7 early)

She is honestly the best person on the show right now. At first I hated her because she was such a pushover and scared little girl, but in only 6 episodes shes completely transformed into an all powerful being.

This show is awesome. I loved how they dealt with that faggy blonde guy at the end of the last episode. Awesome crown.
I forget his name (or don't actually care). He was a fucking loser.
His sister's body was smokin' in that first episode.
The show is great.

The whole show is brilliant but I'm definitely liking the crazy blonde dragon queen/Dathraki story line the best right now. Eating a horse heart FTW.
