I tried to watch Spartacus and got about half way through before I decided it was not worth finishing. It has aged atrociously. The accent are either a weak attempt at Shakespearean or completely random various American accents. I have not noticed how much set and costume design has improved in regards to period pieces over time until now.

Lolita was much better. Prior to watching it I was expecting more of a black comedy, and it wasn't very funny, but it was still enjoyable to watch. Peter Sellers did a great job, I'm looking forward to seing him in Dr. Strangelove.

Just watched X-Men: First Class, I actually really liked it.

oh and I swear Kevin Bacon did one of the worst German Accents I have ever seen, I mean it was as if he just learned the German words and didn't bother to learn how to say them.

Last Play at Shea

-Tremendous documentary on Shea Stadium and the final events held which were a pair of Billy Joel concerts (with guests). Went back into the history of Queens, Robert Moses, the different Met eras and Joel leading up to the final shows before the buildings demolition.

Yeah....it was pretty bad.

The movie was terrible and I would not watch it again. Adam Sandler movies have really declined over the years.

Possibly the worst Adam Sandler movie, ever.
