Like most here, I have my problems with the show, and the only reason I stick with it is because I've already invested 3 years into it, and at the moment, its the only zombie show on, that I know of. One of my biggest problems with the show is that this season in particular, has deviated quite drastically from the comics, same with last season and the farm. However, I cant be too upset, if its 100% the same as the comic it would be boring to me as a reader. I do like how they have changed some things around but others I dont care for. I feel like each season should be like 2-3 episodes shorter, no filler episodes. I want to say the finale is a make or break episode, but it being the finale, they will probably be going all out, and I'll buy back into it and watch season 4 as well, and they'll be back to their old tricks. At this point, I think this show is overrated, but with AMC promoting the show like hell, more people with buy into it.Comment

And... the Governor's officially in "Fuck You" Mode.
Show Spoilers so don't click if you plan to watch later:
Other than the Women and Children (plus Tyrese and his woman at the moment), The Governor is basically finishing what Rick's Group and Merle started.
Milton? Gutted and left to turn in a room with Andrea.
Everyone that Governor's riled up this season? ESPECIALLY to kill Rick and his people? Gunned down like dogs by The Governor himself.
Shit, the only real "kill" by Rick's Group is under Carl and that's because the poor schmuck gave up and was about to drop his weapon.
So now either The Governor's gonna die hard or we're gonna swap somebody important by the episode's end.
If it's Daryl for Tyrese, AMC's studio might be burnt to the ground.Comment

Enter Carl into the 'fuck you mode' now as well.
Got to say, it is about fucking time they put a good episode on. Only took all season. All you need to know when thinking of the NHL vs Madden series is the two people involved in making the games.
"rammer" and "cummings"
The NHL series is a giver, Madden takes the load.Comment

Depends on your definition of "good."
As it stands, the show's balanced between good and HORRIBLE popcorn television IMO.
What's disheartening is that there is a number of decent solo episodes every season that are better than the bulk of the main plot shows they cook
up every week.
And that number's dwindling.
And the fear you can feel from the show's producers and writers as they just refuse to kill off any important main characters and just instead invent new redshirts to murder so they don't have to... it sucks.
Don't want to lose viewers and die-hards I suppose.Comment

Just how much killing and pointless murder they can get into it.All you need to know when thinking of the NHL vs Madden series is the two people involved in making the games.
