Damn if you guys hate the show so much, why watch the fucking thing. Jesus Christ every page in this thread is how shit the show is and how much it sucks dog dick yet ya'll love some dog dick, huh.


I've enjoyed the show.

Two weeks ago they had a great bottle episode which featured the first good acting since the CDC.

This show has the potential to be good and yet they give us a full hour of a two characters no one likes or is drawn do and doesn't kill off either of them despite having a golden opportunity.

And the governor escape is just total BS. If he's such a hardass that he can escape despite being pinned to a wall and submerged in biters then show the escape. That's the problem with this show IMO.

The first 10 minutes of 28 Weeks Later is a harrowing escape by one guy from a horde and this show could have done the same thing last night and eschewed it in order to have 10 mins of a whistling hide and seek contest in its place.

This show continues to shit all over the genre and I'm pretty much convinced that a zombie show isn't going to work as well in TV as it does in print in this open narrative format and will never be as good as a well done zombie flick.

Last night was it for me, I'm done with this show. I'm going to go re-read World War Z and try to forget the last three years ever happened.

its a good show overall but they are stretching out the episodes too much.
they could have finished the season back during the holidays instead of these filler episodes.

reminds me of the Sopranos after season IV......just keep stretching it out

Yeah I heard they are trying to make it a trilogy but did away with the whole interview narrative. I'm already preparing myself to be let down.

Like almost anything nowadays, World War Z would've been excellent as an HBO mini-series. At worst it could've been a zombie movie that was story driven as opposed to Brad Pitt running from mindless hordes.

I get the feeling that the show is setting up for either an incredibly disappointing finale or a ridiculous one. Part of me thinks that if all-out war happens between the prison and Woodbury, the only one's left standing will be Rick, Carl, Michonne, Andrea and Tyreese.

Either that or they'll go predictable and say adios to Hershel, Beth and maybe Carol.
