LOL at asking for four pitchers and two untouchables for Pence. The best they were ever going to get from us was Minor + two B position prospects. I'm guessing the four were Teheran, Delgado, and any two of the Perez/Hoover/Oberholtzer group. This probably doesn't bode well for the progress of the Bourn talks.

Slowly talking myself into the scraphead and bullpen option. Willingham/Dejesus and a RHP would be fine with me, or Ludwick and Adams. There is no sense in blowing your chips to gain 1-2 wins when it's likely we end up in the playoffs either way.

Because he's damaged goods who had a career year.

That's why they are dealing him to begin with, I was weary of this guy from the start. They seem to eager to deal a guy with such a reasonable contract.
