I am aware of Howards technical foul history but that is vastly different from Bynums inconsistency and immaturity. And I am sure Howard will improve his attitude and not worsen it in purple n Gold.
the Lakers dont just get people out of the blue for no reason or to budget the pay roll. They obviously think these are ingrediets to deal with OKC among others.
this may or may not be the answer for a title but its stil going to get them further then the Denvers and Atlantas ever do no matter how hard thet try.
...and even though Nash is Canadian, he is a white point guard and that makes me do a happy danceComment

Bynum is one of my favorite players in the league, but his head and knees have to be right for him to fullfill his vast potential. He's been wanting to be a #1 and in Philly he should be able to be one. It also helps Doug Collins is a great coach who will push the right buttons. Right now Philly is probably a 4-6 seed in the East.Comment

They are a 3rd or 4th seed at best the absolute best. The East is stacked.Comment

Definitely leap frogs the Bulls who are stuck in auto pilot until about 2019.Comment

When did I say it made them worse? The perimeter defense is where the Lakers are just flat out bad and Dwight doesn't help much there.
Is D12 an upgrade over Bynum? Yes he is but is really by that much? The Lakers were already a pretty good team inside so in honestly this trade doesn't help them that much granted Dwight can do a lot more on the offensive side of the ball with less touches and he is a better off ball player than Bynum but the issues that the Lakers had before are still there they lack offensive firepower, Kobe will still be jacking up 25+ shots a game, Nash will not fit in a Mike Brown offense, and Pau Gasol isn't getting any younger along with the rest of the Lakers. Pull your head out your ass and stop drinking the kool-aid.
Also lol @ this trade improving the east. The east just lost one of their best players and replaced him with a second rate version. Bynum is miles behind Howard in terms of team impact and has yet to prove he can put up big numbers without being around 2 all stars. He certainly has the potential but potential means jack shit come game time. I'd like to see how bynum handles a few more losses in philly than being in LA. I wouldn't be surprised if bynum jumps ship at the end of the season if philly is below a 4 seed.
That being said I really like this trade for all teams involved including philly. If bynum can play up to his potential and does resign then philly got a steal here.Comment

Have you even looked at Brooklyns roster?
You added one possibly great player but you also subtracted your top scorer. Let's not act like bynum is gonna push the 76ers to a 2 seed when the man hasn't even played well without 2 all stars next to himComment
