I don't get why the attention is being put on Andrews. I understand the "innocent white girl, big mean black brute" angle, but I think this incident has had entirely too much attention for both Sherman and Andrews.

Love her. Think she does a dang good job reporting games from the sidelines and as an in studio host.


That said, my only interaction with her ever included my co-worker grabbing asking to get by her on media row of a basketball game and moving her chair as he slid behind her. She flipped out on him and chewed his ass out for no reason. We were also told by the Sports Information Director before the game not to talk to her at all. #Diva

She did nothing unprofessional. She asked a question and Sherman acted like a fool. She asked a follow up question and Sherman acted like a fool.

All things considered she handled herself very well. Was she supposed to pretend there wasn't a raving lunatic screaming into her mic? If you think that interview as a trainwreck, it's 100% on Sherman.
