The refs were helping Favre up off the ground and we're still sitting here talking about missed calls.Comment

What's bullshit? Some of the late hit rules on QBs? Yeah I agree, but if the Saints break one of those rules I'm gonna expect the refs to throw the flag.Comment

If its blatant like McCray hits manning 10 yards from the ball then throw the flag, but I have a feeling if McCray or any saints player for that matter even taps manning its going to be a flag which puts a HUGE dent in there gameplan to rattle a QB.Comment

That's Greg Williams' fault for choosing that gameplan. He knows the NFL has real strict rules about hitting QBs but keeps telling his players to deliver "remember me shots."Comment

Gregg Williams has always ran a dirty D
From Tennessee to Washington to Jacksonville to New Orleans . Nothing new about it
I remember when they hit Peyton high 3 or 4 seconds late in 05 or 06 (v Washington) . He came back and passed for 350 and 3 tds after it lolLast edited by Archer; 01-30-2010, 07:13 PM.Comment

People are retarded if they don't think some of those hits on Favre were dirty, and done with intent to harm. Especially the high/low ass fuck that didn't get called. That gets flagged 99 times out of 99 for Brady or Manning. Should've been called for Favre, it just came on the heels of another penalty so the ref swallowed his whistle.
Doesn't excuse the Saints for being cheap shot artists, and Gregg Williams saying it publicly won't help matters one bit.Comment

i wonder what all the players from the 70's think....Football wouldn't be around if all these rules were in place in the 70's...
We might as well put flags on everyone and play flag football. If people grabbed peytons or brady flag though i bet they still get a roughing the passer penalty.Comment
