I highly doubt Frank is going to pick apart Brock.. like dude or not hes still a force. IMO Mir is in serious trouble this time around. Brock got over-zealous last time and it cost him.. id atleast expect him to avoid such a mistake a 2nd time. And Mir definitely cant trade strikes with Brock..

Brock is partial champ along with Mir, they're the best the UFC has a HW and thats pretty sad

There are multiple HWs outside the UFC that would be favored over both Brock and Mir, Fedor, Barnett, Overeem, AA and maybe even Tim

You might say Overeem isnt at that level, but he is an awful match up for Brock, K1 level striking and ADCC level grappling

UFC HW belt is almost a B level title right now, the other divisions you cant say that, only BJ keeps the LW title legit and he doesnt even want to ight at 155, UFC rules the 205, 185 and 170 classes

Brock will keep it standing agianst Mir and throw those canned hams, but I think Mir will pull guard if he has to and can sub Brock again, interesting match this time around

Brock didnt "catch" Randy.. he pummeled him. There were a number of punches that rocked Randy's world in that fight.. the one that got him was just the finishing touch.

You can call Heath over the hill but the dude is one of the toughest fighters in MMA history and he got worked. Brock's size is just so hard to contain and im sure Mir wanted to swing it like he intended to have his face bashed for a few minutes, but I dont think that was fully the situation. Of course he knew he'd benefit from having Brock on the ground.. but Mir was in a world of trouble before Lesnar foolishly tried to step over him (which is a sin against a BJJ fighter). Brock has learned. He hasnt proved much due to the lack of fights but Dana knows he sells, and Brock is still a beast like human being.

randy was doing pretty well against brock even being 45 years old and having an 11 month lay off, brock was not that impressive, randy would have worn him out if he didnt get blasted with a canned ham, as much as a like randy, he is like 16-9 and has been know to get caught every now and than

it shows the weakness of the UFC HW divsion

I realize you guys are quick to discredit him for everything.. but how about you guys try to giving him credit for something too?

I give brock respect for jumping right into tough fights and doing ok, he beat a japanese can, lost in 90 seconds, rode a guy with no takedown defense for 3 rounds and beat randy after a long lay off

I'm not singing his praises, fedor, barnett, AA, etc...are clearly the top of the food chain while Brock and Mir are battling for a 2nd tier belt

It is a weak division but hes the best fighter in it (Not named Shane Carwin). And not even necessarily because hes the most skilled, because he isnt.. but guys like Frank Mir almost have to get lucky to beat Brock, the size is just too much. Which is why I lol @ you thinking a 45 year Randy has a shot against him a 2nd time.
