I'm churning through this year's PWG stuff...
And, wtf is Brian Cage on? He eats Alistair Overeem meat. This dude is swole beyond recognition. Holy fuck.Comment

I feel bad for Morgan. I mean, he's off the sinking ship and he got some ok paychecks for nothing. But man, did they just constantly waste his time. Even before recent times, they had him sporadically off and on TV. They never gave him feuds or storylines or much of a gimmick. The TNA graveyard claims another.Comment

Keiji Muto announced the formation of W-1 (Wrestle-1), in a presser with the rest of the All Japan refugees that quit last week.
The start running in September.
New Japan - killing it
Dragon Gate - steady as usual, always growing, international branches in US & UK, easily #2
DDT - stronger business than NOAH at this point
NOAH - bottomed out, but picking up momentum after Final Burning Kobashi show
whatever is left of All Japan - who the fuck knows. upcoming tour looks dreadful. no roster.
Zero-One - realistically probably bigger now than a couple ahead of it but by defualt
W-1 - probably will be closer to IGF, or align itself with New Japan or NOAH
Inoki Gnome Federation - really this is part time, don't tour, but they draw ok when they run a show
Big Japan - full time
Michinoku Pro - blur the line between full time & indie, basically a big indie
Osaka Pro - basically a full time indie, like Chikara was before they closed (or whatever it is they did)Comment

So I may be late on the topic. You think the head "trauma", Kane got from Rowans and Harper is going to make his a psychopath again and start squashing guys as the Big Red Machine. Btw the Bray Wyatt Death to the Machine line or whatever he said to Kane was awesome.Comment

Thanks for following along on this journey back in time at VoicesofWrestling.com to relive the transformation of Sting from 1996 through 1998. This is the penultimate section, based entirely on the match with Hollywood Hulk Hogan at WCW Starrcade 1997.
