I'm with FedEx and Primetime. There's going to be a day 15-20 years from now that we'll wish LeBron was still playing. Or, like they said some might feel they should have appreciated his game more.

I feel this way about Kobe Bryant in his twilight. I hated the fact he was an 18 year old kid who felt entitled to determine where his career would go. I hated that he dispatched my long time favorite player Scottie Pippen and the Portland Trailblazers in the early 2000's. I even hated his fro, yes, at one time I felt that #8 and the fro should rot in hell.

Now, I just wish I could hit the reset button and enjoy 17+ years of the Black Mamba all over again.

It's so incredibly difficult to say who the greatest player of all time is, because the four are such different players. Wilt Chamberlain, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Lebron James. All four are such different players.
Pure assassin - Jordan. Numbers - Chamberlain. Physical freak - James. Completely different for his time - Magic.
Comparing Lebron to Jordan is ridiculous. They are completely different players. Hell, you could add Bill Russell to this conversation.
Saying James is a failure if he loses tonight is ridiculous. His supporting cast is nowhere near Jordan's. Wade hurt, nowhere near his prime. Bosh is not Rodman in that role (3rd guy) at all.

When a player plays like shit for a majority of the game, I'm not gonna sit here and jizz on my self while I watch him climb out of the hole he dug himself in. I'm gonna sit here and say man, he saved his ass from some heavy criticism. He turned a piss poor offensive effort into a good night. Good for him, still doesn't qualify as a spectacular all around game to me.

I would actually go with Stockton. He runs the pick and roll better than anyone and was a career 38% 3PT shooter. Dude was also great defensively and is the NBA's all-time steals leader, and could play well off-ball because of his jumper.

You put Magic or O in there u get too much overlap with LBJ and you have 3 guys who need the ball to be effective. Plus you basically have 0 players who you can rely on to hit a 3 when needed.

Jason Kidd would also be a better option in that lineup.

IMO we have seen the best of Durant, which is probably the 2nd or 3rd greatest SF ever. I don't see him overtaking James.
