Bibby Expected to Miss 1-2 with Strained Achilles

In the Hawks Last game Mike bibby drove in the lane and got a hard foul from Wizards Forward Antawn Jamison. Bibby went down and had to be helped to the back by team-mates. Team Docters said bibby had a strained Achilles and would miss 1-2 Weeks with the Injury. The Hawks sit at 25-35 on the outside looking in trying to make a stretch run to get into the playoffs. This opens the door now for the Celtics and 76ers to have a even better chance of getting into the playoffs now with the Hawks expected to struggle without Bibby. Atlanta went onto lose to the Wizards on a game winning 3 from Caron Butler at the Buzzer. Also you can expect New York to get in the mix for the race to get the 8th Seed in the East. The Knicks record is 24-35 but a few more wins a few losses from Atlanta, Boston and the 76ers could easily open the door for New York. It's going to be an interesting finish in the East.

Okafor Cleared to Play - Bell Expected to be back soon

Emeka Okafor practiced for the first time today after seperating his shoulder a couple weeks ago @ Orlando. Okafor was named played of the month for Febuary and was an All-Star this season. When asked if he will be ready to go tomorrow night in Charlotte when the Bobcats face Atlanta head coach Larry Brown had this to say, "He'll be starting tomorrow night. Were going with a much bigger lineup now that we have him back. He'll prolly play limited minutes but hopefully he's 100% and ready to go for tomorrow. I just hope he doesn't go diving for every lose ball there is." Team Docters said Okafor is fully healthy but Raja Bell who was injured the same game with the same Injury will not play tomorrow night when The Bobcats face the Hawks. Team Docters said bell needed about a weeks more rest before he would be cleared to play. Bell is set to be looked at tomorrow by Team Docters and should be ready to go in a few days.

Bell Making Return tonight

A Few Days after Emeka Okafor made his return Raja Bell was cleared to play today by team docters. Bell seperated his shoulder in the same game when Emeka Okafor seperated his shoulder as they were both diving for lose balls. Bell is expected to start and Diop is expected to go back to the bench after putting up some great numbers starting for the injured Okafor. With Bells return hopefully the Bobcats can get there 2nd Straight Win.
