The best parts of the game for me...so far...are the parts where you're going from gargoyle to gargoyle picking the thugs off one by one.

I love hanging them upside down and then watching the other guys run over and freak out.

I just entered the Botanical Gardens, and the game is getting GOOD...the story is great, the homages to all the little characters are great (like Mr. Freeze's cell, the Harvey Dent posters, etc.)...and the battle with Bane was one of the more challenging fights I've had in a while.

The only 2 problems I have with the game: 1) the combo meter disappears too damn quick, and 2) I end up walking around in detective mode 90% of the time and I miss a lot of the scenery.

Great game...I don't want it to end.

I saw batman coughing and still thought my shit fucked up, then after joker shoots you and it says use the middle stick to avoid the shot I was like middle stick? the d-pad? then it went on to the scarecrow thing

Nice! Speaking of, is it just me or do people HAVE to be cheating on the Predator challenges? There are people that get all 3 medals and complete the challenge in like 56 seconds! For the Medical Extreme (I think) where you have to drop 3 guys with 3 different walls alone, it takes like 40 seconds just to get the explosive gel on the proper walls. Then you have to zip line through a window and glide kick/knock out a guy in 20 seconds or less? It seems like bullshit to me.

Am I the only one that noticed this?

Just finished the game on Normal....awesome game....WEAK ending. Going to go back and try to get all Riddlers trophies and try to find everything else. This might take me awhile, since I'm in no rush.

I can't think of a game I actually finished in a long time.

I agree, in terms of the fight, but I thought that the ending was a good conclusion.

The problem with any Batman game, especially one that includes the Joker, is that there can be no satisfying conclusion. He's always going to run amok and Batman is going to try to throw him behind bars but never kill him, regardless of the circumstance.

The only reason why I asked why is because I read the GameInformer review and they called out the story at the end, which I don't agree with. I can totally get behind the ending set pieces being weak, but the story as a whole I thought was great.

That's what I meant by weak. You have pretty good battles and at the end....your battle with Joker isn't even a battle at all. I think they could have written a different confrontation. Perhaps have his goons attack you (same as they did in the end), then have Quinn come back (write in that Joker got her out)....you have to fight her. Finally have Batman "fight" the Joker.....beat him up till little by little he becomes normal size again again. At the end he is to his old self again and you capture him.....then show the video that plays at the end of the game.

This would make it a little longer and allow you to have some combat with the Joker. If not this, something else could have been done.

Does anyone think there will be a sequel? The games ending makes it possible.

I think the ending implies there will be a sequel, I just hope it doesn't take too long to come out. maybe one Batman game a year? That would be cool.

I agree, the two battles before (with Ivy and with the 2 titan henchmen) were a lot harder than the Joker. I nailed him first time, I lost count of how many attempts the others took.

It took me a few tries, because I suck at tapping A with the bat claw, I can't do it fast enough.

agree with both of these posts. The battle with ivy was great. The 2 titans were very hard too. There were a few battles in this that were really weak. The scaracrow battles were pretty stupid. Yeah they had a cool factor about them, but there wasnt much to winning

I wish there would have been a cut scene where Batman actually beat the shit out of the Scarecrow, instead of having Croc take him out. That was pretty weak IMO.

Also, does anyone know who the guy opposite clayface is. He's across the room on the second story. I have no idea who he is, or what purpose he serves.
