I didn't notice anything like that. Perhaps it was his hammer? I haven't noticed any dropped items in any other facet of this game though, either.

question about this

 

after you beat the hammer guy did you notice something fall to the ground? i killed him near a stairway and something was under the steps and i couldnt tell what it was. My targeting crosshair was losked on to it, but i couldnt grab it or even tell what it was from det mode.

any idea?

I dunno if I like that they over-sexualized the hell out of Catwoman, but regardless she is a blast to play with.

I agree with you that they should have over sexualized Batman instead.

Missions within missions within missions. I've got about 12 hours in and completed 5% of the game!!!!!

Riddler everywhere, Zsasz phone calls, balloons, cameras...awesome.

I was in the middle of a huge brawl in the middle of the street when I hear the guys in the TYGER helicopter say, "Batman sighted. He's fighting about a dozen guys...and kicking ass." "Batman wins...again."

Good stuff.

Arkham Asylum had the Joker exclusive so I got the 1st on pS3, so naturally I got the 2nd on there as well.


One thing that I love about this game is everytime I am on my way to do a campaign mission, I always get sidetracked with a riddler challenge or a side mission.

I never played Arkham Asylum so all this Gliding, Grappling and Dive-Bombing is brand new to me.

...but it's just so damn fun to BE Batman.

i dont know if it was big enough to be the hammer. it was a small square shaped item. I had a green crosshair on it the entire time i was in the room after he was dead. thats what made me think it was loot of some kind.

I noticed the green crosshair after I defeated him as well. It was in the middle of the room for me, and I couldn't pick anything up.

i saw another where you dive down then then glide back under where you started...i dont have a clue how u would do that one. its like u gotta dive down then 180 back upside down or something

yep...if u dont buy new u dont get the code to play as catwoman. i played thru a little of her stuff and while it is implemented perfectly, i felt like it made it more difficult to play as batman. She has her own moves to learn. Then u need to use up your upgrade points if you want to on her....but it is almost a waste cause you dont play with her very much. IDK, i just wanted to get her shit overwith so i could go back to playing as batman

Just beat Penguin and Grundy and got my first glimpse of Freeze. Now the story is having me follow one of Talia's assassins.

Going to stop with the story for awhile and do a bunch of side stuff. This game is fun as hell so far. I'm loving the setting of Arkham City so much more than Arkham Asylum.
