They think those two games are the only thing that mattered and the only games worth playing. Because I happen to play Madden and/or CoD does not mean that I fall into that category because those games make up a very small percentage of all the fucking game I play.

And yes I played MW2 clown. I played through the campaign on both PS3 and 360 and played enough multiplayer to reach level 55 I believe? Check my trophies/cheevo if you don't believe me.

And no, I don't think the stories in the Battlefield games are any better. Yeah, you're wrong. Not only do I play action games, platformers, music games, and a myriad of other genres I also play RPG's. I'm playing Deus Ex now and I recently played through Dungeon Hunter. I'm also playing Hunted and Torchlight and have Fable 2 and Dungeon Siege 3 in my pile of shame just to name a few.

I think I want this game. Last game I got was Modern Warfare 2 and sucked balls at it. Last shooter I actually played was Halo Reach online a few months ago. Been craving a shooter. This fall this could be the one.

Yea, you're right about JRPG's. I fucking hate them. They are probably the only genre of game that i wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole. But at least I gave them a shot, unlike a Dude Bro. I thought Final Fantasy 7 was the worst, and most boring game I have ever played in my entire gaming life. I bought into the hype and boy was that a mistake. I've played others since then and they were all equally terrible. Turn based battles and reading mountains of text dialogue full of elipses are fucking garbage. There's a reason why Japanese games as whole are a dying breed. That's my opinion. But again, it's based on actual experience.

The stereotypical "Dude Bro" has absolutely no experience with Battlefield or any other shooter. They play CoD just because it's CoD and think it's the greatest thing since sliced bread. It's like a fucking Apple fanboy who just shovels out paycheck after paycheck on Apple products just because they're Apple. I wish I had that cartoon video that Garrett posted a while back when the HTC Evo came out. The same thing could be applied to Dude Bro's. Just replace all the "But it's an iPhone" dialogue with "But it's CoD", and replace the actual reasoning with talk about Battlefield, or really any other shooter. It's ludicrous.
