I don't actually watch the show live or on DVR. I torrent it and that leaves it edited without commercials and most of the credits. I'll be able to compare tomorrow night.

It was about 9 minutes longer. Normal episodes run about 47mins, this one was ~56.

I have no clue how they plan to tie up all the loose ends in 1 more show. The crimes, the trials, skylar, marie, jesse, the white supremacist, Lidea, The Ricin, the Machine gun, the DEA, Saul....just so many things unfinished...and Walt.

sucks its coming to an end. curious to see how this finale ranks among the all time best series finales (six feet under)

Sorry if this theory has been posted before, but here I go.

I feel that a part of the ending may have been out in the scene that people feel was either funny, ridiculous, stupid or a waste of time. I'm referring to the scene where Badger tells Skinny Pete, his Star Trek script. Here it is again

Spock is Walt
Kirk isJesse
Chekov is Jack
Scotty is Todd
Uhura is Lydia

kirk cant take it anymore, he yokes (jesse pukes or dies or something) checkov and spock are left (walter and jack). scott (todd) is helping cherkov win, until uhura (lydia) comes in and scott starts sweating (todd likes/loves Lydia). cherkov spits out blood (gets blown to bits) cause of scott and uhura (Todd and Lydia)

This may be a coincidence, but it seems to make too much sense. And name a better place for Vince Gilligan to put the ending right in front of your face. And the best part is Jesse gets up and leaves the room as he says "Kirk can't take it anymore". And Jesse leaves the house and the scene ends when Badger says "your leaving at the best part"..........

Walt takes his whiskey with ice at Hank's house after the prison murders though, which I'm pretty sure happens after he kills Mike.

I've never thought the whole "sin eater" thing was anything more than audience conjecture.

Its weird how young Jesse looked in the first couple seasons compared to how he looks now.

Extra Credit: Gretchen ends up taking Holly to live with her (Was split between Gretchen or Marie but I have a feeling Marie is going to die)


For the record I see it playing out like:

-Lydia won't do business with Todd until he brings his meth up even more but to do that they need Walt
-To lure out Walt, the aryans (Jack, Todd & the gang) decide to threaten Walts family
-Marie is with Skylar/Walt Jr when the Aryans show up
-Skylar refuses to go with Aryans so in order to "convince" her, Uncle Jack orders Todd to shoot/kill Marie
-Skylar, Walt Jr & Holly are taken to the Aryan compound
-Meanwhile, Walt has returned, taken the Ricin and already given it to Elliot as revenge for being a pompous asshole
-Walt assumes the Aryans have taken his family after seeing Marie's death on TV
-Walt attacks the Aryan compound, in a giant standoff Skylar & Walt Jr are killed
-The attack on the compound takes place while Jesse & Todd are cooking, Jesse kills Todd is some extremely gruesome fashion
-Walt kills Uncle Jack and most of the Aryans during the attack but is too late to save Skylar & Walt Jr.
-Without knowing the whereabouts of Holly (who is somewhere crying in a crib) and assuming the worst that his entire family is dead and his work is ruined, Walt decides he's going out on his own terms as there's nothing left to live for and takes his own life
-Police arrive and find Holly
-Gretchen decides to adopt Holly and raise her as her own after hearing she would be put in foster care due to no living relatives.


That's my crazy theory of how things will play out. More than likely none of the above happens. I'm sure one of you crazy obsessive OCD mfers will try to point out how wrong this is because of x y and z already happening in the show.
