I was pissed at a few spoilers that i accidentally came across, but o well, no harm no foul.

Here is Activisions response to the leaked content.

warnings? smh if you buy the game in the first place you know there's going to be blood and shooting. why buy it if you're not going to see it. this kind of ruins the experience for me. a black screen saying "warning these next few images will be extremely violent" who cares

if your online with a game (legit copy or burned) before release MS will ban you unless you work for a company and are reviewing a game or something. it doesnt matter if its a modded 360 or not cause some people get a legit copy of the game and play it early. with this being such a high profile game MS will be working overtime looking for people playing it early.
