Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 thread

360 players there's a workaround to the no Party Chat thing (Very easy):

As it stands, the majority of the modes in "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" multiplayer do not support Xbox Live's party chat option. In fact, the only ones that do are Free-For-All, No Party Team Deathmatch, Ground War and two of the 3rd person modes. If you're only interested in chatting with friends while playing the other modes, you'll have to manually mute everyone else in your game (including any newcomers), or do this:

Step One: Go to Xbox.com and log in to your account
Step Two: From your profile page, click on Privacy Settings (it's just to the right of your avatar)
Step Three: The top option should say Voice and Text. Set it to Friends Only. Save.

Now whenever you play "Modern Warfare 2" multiplayer you'll only hear people you are friends with.

Quick question: Do you ever find out if Ghost is anyone special? Just beat the game and I thought I heard something, but wasn't sure.

 
When he was yelling at Captain Price he sounded EXACTLY like Gaz. I was almost certain it was him, but then again I haven't played CoD4 single player in a while so I can't remember how Gaz "died".


Might not be anyone from past games at all, just the fact he's wearing a mask and his name is Ghost (considering the end of CoD4 and speculation of who died, etc.) I assumed he was.

Ghost has to be the most overhyped character in some time. He didn't do anything important, and yet everyone thought he would have a big role. He isn't Gaz, but the two characters have the same voice actor.

Derail is one of my favorite maps, I usually have a k/d ratio of 3 or higher. One game I was 11-0. Maybe its because I can hear everyone crunching around in the snow so I know they are around me
 
I would if I were you, people are really noisy on that level on my surround sound, completely give themselves away. I like to hang out on top of the buildings at one of the ends (with a/c boxes on top), and you can hear people running around on the ground below.

They caught on that I was up there, but then I got 4 of them almost in a row with a shotgun as they were coming up the ladder :laugh:
 
i started off that game at like 3-9 then started doing something i think i did go 13-15 maybe one game
