It's 360, from what I read on Kotaku someone actually hacked the game and...I don't want to call it a file, but it's something like that, that is being sent from one 360 to the next. If one person has it in a room, the entire room gets it. You have to turn off your 360 and log back into Live to clear it once you have it.
Not quite sure how they managed to do this, but impressive.

Several OTers are saying that 360 online is nearly unplayable right now because of all the glitching...people with noreload ac-130s racking up 300 kills a match etc

All this glitching on 360 is crazy. I'm watching my cousin play a match with the unlimited ammo, shit's stupid.
COD4 is a glltch fest now. Last time I played there was a dude flying around the map in the air and just popping up wherever he wanted. I also remember some time ago a guys using the grenade launcher glitch and the turning invisible glitch. This was all on PS3 though.
