As FT and Sensor have said 56 times, (that's an exaggeration, don't take it literally) sure people could still say LSU>Bama even if Bama beat LSU in the NCCG after a playoff, but, those people would be in the minority and it wouldn't change a thing.
I'll break it down further and space it out in both scenarios for you:
Scenario 1
100 voters (again, made up number)
Bama>LSU with no playoff
51 vote LSU #1
49 vote Bama #1
Scenario 2
100 voters
Bama>LSU with a playoff
98 vote Bama #1
2 vote LSU #1
Do you see the difference? Majority of people voted LSU #1 in the scenario with no playoff, so obviously it makes a difference because of the subjectivity of how Bama got into the game. The 2 people who voted for LSU in scenario 2 don't make a fucking difference because there is no subjectivity because it was all decided on the field.
