Roy isn't going to demand the amount of coverage that TO had. When you guys went 13-3, TO was as good as he had ever been. Teams had to put tons of emphasis on he and Witten. Roy W. is still a great WR, but he's not going to be able to take all the pressure off of the other WR's.

I think people are fooling themselves if they think Roy Williams can step in for TO with no drop off in production. As much as I hate TO, he is 10X the WR Roy Williams is, even in TO's advanced age.

Well no shit, but this was the best move for the team. The Cowboys problems are mental, and whether intentional or not, Owens was the source of those problems.

We still have a lot of talent and can still pick up more, this won't hurt us as much as any other team, I see this as an improvement.

what does that have to do with anything? aren't we talking about the other receivers? the ones that played perfectly fine when TO and Witten weren't open? the ones that are still there? if Roy draws the doube team, same exact situation as we had before we had Roy. if Roy doesn't, then i'm sure he can get open more often against one guy than TO did against two.

I think in the long run this will be the better move but to think Dallas won't be okay is nuts imo. Okay Roy isn't TO obviously but we also have Witten (arguably the best TE in the game), Austin, Crayon and not to mention our 3 headed monster that we have in our run game. If anything we should run the ball more and when we do pass and we put Felix Jones outside we are still going to be hard to stop.

Edit: Chris Mortenson(sp?) already said TO will NOT go to Washington or the Vikings

so out out all those teams I personally see:

The Jaguars as the best fit, a decent team needing help at WR, he'd put them back into AFC contender IMO.

The Titans, Ravens, Chiefs, Jets or Bears are logical possiblities as well.
