No, I completely understand what you are saying, but like I said it's not a certainty. And mostly every single wide receiver that's worth a damn acts like a prima donna bitch at some time. That doesn't necessarily mean he's going to act like a big enough bitch to destroy the team. Very few men are capable of doing that.
Most people also fail to understand that the NFL is a business. If you feel you are a lot better at doing your job than Steve, and both you and Steve have the same experience doing the job, but Steve just got paid more than you, aren't you going to tell your boss you feel you deserve more? I know from personal experience that my dad has walked into his boss's office before and said, "I want this much more an hour, I want these days off, and I want a guarantee of this many hours every week or I'm gone." They gave him everything he wanted and more, and he knew he could do it because he knew they needed him. And they knew they needed him and they knew if they didn't give him what he wanted that he could go to any other mechanic shop and get what he wanted. That's essentially the same thing that's going on here with Crabtree, and it's just business.
