I used his to start and kept tweaking them. I am still tweaking them, but Glenwillet wanted me to post sliders, so here we go.
I primarily use the Eagles, but do use other teams.
I love Gameflow because I find the CPU plays exactly like the team does in real life ... except for the San Francisco 49ers who cling to Mike Martz's old playbook.
Madden is simply a broken game without serious slider work. These sliders solve a ton of issues, especially injuries and broken tackles.
I have played quite a few games with these sliders and at least 95% of the games have been enjoyable. Sucky teams suck, great teams dominate, etc...
Frankly, these sliders have kept me from playing online, because none of the game issues can be fixed online until a patch - and even then, they likely won't be, because EA's history says a patch will A) do very little, B) do very little, C) do very little, D) fuck the game up - see NCAA 11.
Penalties
(As usual, Madden sucks where penalties are concerned. Only calls I ever see are facemasking, false starts, clipping and holding. I see pass interference as often as I see a live woman naked)

Playcall Style: Gameflow
(I like Gameflow, especially on offence. IMO, you should use it because if forces you to use more than 4 plays all game. Occasionally, Gameflow will repeat plays, but that's what the audible button is for)

Accelerated clock Runoff:25 seconds
(With Gameflow on, a game will run 55-60 minutes ... depending on the team you're playing. If you're playing a pass heavy team, the game will be longer)
Injuries: 15
(Injuries are awful in Madden this year, way too many. Mike had his injury slider at 30. Way too high)
Fatigue: 57
Game Speed: Slow
(If "normal" is your choice, pump the speed threshold slider to 85 or 90)
Player Min Speed Threshold: 70
(This is a critical slider change. But don't worry, fast guys are still fast ... this slider change simply keeps scores reasonable)
Auto strafe/sprint: On
Fight for fumble: OFF!
Sliders: HUM/CPU
Offensive Passing Sliders
Qb Accuracy- 33/50
(At 33, bad QBs remain bad, good ones good, great ones great)
Pass Blocking-50/47
(I bumped up the CPU pass block ... but Madden as usual has that fuckup where CPU QBs can miraculously release the ball even in the grasp)
WR Catching-50/50
Offensive Rushing Sliders
I didn't change Mike's sliders here at all.
Broken Tackles-6/30
(Absolutely solves the broken tackle issue. I have yet to see RBs break out of unrealistic situations)
Run Blocking-45/46

(I lowered CPU reaction time and may lower it even more. Every game I throw at least 2 INTs, sometimes 3 or 4)
