I don't know that the biggest Packers playoff collapse in the 93 year history of the team makes the argument silly. It was a total team collapse and if Favre is going to get tagged with losing the "4th and 26" game, then Rodgers is going to get tagged with losing this game by not performing at the MVP level he had given for 15 weeks of the regular season.

Which is more disappointing?

1) A wildcard team winning at home in the first round and then losing on the road in the divisional round to the eventual Super Bowl champions.

2) The team with the best record in the league and team history losing their first game of the playoffs to the 4th seeded road team.

It's doubtful that Rodgers will ever toss 6 INT's in a game because the defense can no longer play football in the new NFL. Rodgers has huge windows (and much better WR's) compared to what Favre and Manning (4 INT playoff game) have faced in past years and receivers are much bolder going across the middle since they are protected from kill shots.

I find this more dissapointing:

Brett actually had a great start to his playoff career winning one SB and getting to another one. But its hard to ignore what happened afterwards. After the SB loss to the Broncos he played in 11 playoff games:

In two of the three losses, Favre threw INT's in OT that led to game winning FG. In the 2010 NFC Championship game, he threw a pick with 19 seconds left with the ball on NO's 38 yard line. They never got the ball back. Thats THREE playoff losses where Favre's last possesion ended on an INT in a tie ball game!!!!!

He may not of lost a playoff game at home as a number 1 seed. But he did get blown out at home as a 12 win number 3 seed vs a 9 win dome team at night.

Can you guess who that is? Hint: He's not a first ballot HOF like Favre.

I'm not a Favre hater or an Aaron Rodgers fanboy. I just can't ignore what I have seen through my own eyes in the past 13 years. I don't think one average performance from Rodgers in the playoffs> Favre's clunkers in the last decade.
