DREAM.15 is in the books and it was a very entertaining event.

Very impressive victory by Shinya Aoki. He announced that he’s getting married after the fight and said that personally he’d like to fight in the October DEEP 10th Anniversary event.

Caol Uno was present as expected and announced that he’ll be back in DREAM at Featherweight. DREAM EP Sasahara said that they’re going to divide their 63kg Featherweight class next year to 61~62kg (Bantamweight) and 65kg (Featherweight).

Tatsuya Kawajiri wasn’t seriously injured in the title fight.

About Aoki’s Strikeforce revenge, Sasahara said that they’ll drag out Melendez to Japan.

DREAM.16 will take place on September 25th at Nippon Gaishi Hall (capacity = 10,000) in Nagoya. Possible participants are Kazushi Sakuraba, Norifumi “KID” Yamamoto, Kazuyuki Miyata, Minowaman, Akiyo “Wicky” Nishiura, Hideo Tokoro, and Caol Uno. A Light Heavyweight title fight between Gegard Mousasi and Tatsuya Mizuno should take place as well.
