Gordon still had 20, Salmons still had 12...and the bulls weren't really that dependent on their play on the offensive end because of how well Rose was playing.
Gordon shot 35% and Salmons shot 35%. Both much worse than their season averages. They weren't as efficient scorers as they normally were.
You are still analyzing a team you never see play and are looking amazingly ignorant yet still keep banging your head into a wall. Your logic and argument are so flawed it's funny.
Obviosuly I'm judging a bulls team I've only seem play minimum time, but seriously...you're making them sound like the 96 bulls just to play devils advocate.
No I am not. Jesus Christ you are dense. I just told you that the Celtics will win the series. Sound like the 96 Bulls? Are you seriously this retarded in real life or is it just internet schtick?
I've seen them enough to where I can judge how solid of a team they are. If you want to play that card, then why talk about the Celtics? I've seen them more than you have this year, so obviously I'm right and your wrong correct?
All I have said so far:
It's possibly Allen will struggle as he did last year.
It's possible the Celtics struggled because of the way the Bulls played.
The Celtics missing Garnett negates the one massive advantage they had over the Bulls
Even with all this I still said the Celtics would win the series.
They had basically nothing going their way, and still managed to come within a free throw of a team who had a star player go off for his career high,
And who's other two best scorers played like shit for 98% of the game.
Your argument is fucking retarded because you are assuming ONLY the Celtics can get better and there is no way the Bulls can improve on what they did yesterday. Rose will average 36ppg in the series, Gordon and Salmons will shoot 35% and that's it. Yep Celtics in 3. Why even have the Bulls show up anymore? They peaked. You aren't even acknowledging the idea that maybe Pierce struggled because Salmons is a good defender and Allen may be running into struggles as he did last year.
Nope the Celtics are fine, the Bulls peaked, and the series is done because you lost game 1 at home to the 7 seed.
The game was an OT game, decided by a few shots...basically a tie if you want to look at it.
Thats a new one. So the series is 0-0-1. Great.
The Celtics margin of improvement is MUCH greater than the Bulls room for improvement...THAT'S why I'm confident even after a game 1 loss. Again, not that hard of a concept, you're literally just trying to play devils advocate...not that hard to see really.
I'm not "playing" anything. I'm simply pointing out your retarded fucking logic. You are pointing out one side and ignoring theories and examples that directly contradict your argument because you don't want to.
It could just be that without KG the Bulls aren't a great matchup for the Celtics. The Bulls aren't as deep and the bench will decide the series. Vinny only played 3 guys off the bench yesterday and in a 7 game series that will hurt. Frankly, if ANY two seed is "confident" after a home loss to a 7 seed they would be idiots. You are just saying you are "confident" so you can sleep at night after jerking it to your picture of Bill Russell.
