I never experienced any of these but this is funny ish.

EA finally makes a glitch that's not completely frustrating, but more so hilarious. :runaway:

I've been terrible at this demo. The computer defense doesn't do anything to help me. The computer gives you absolutely no help whatsoever. They just stand around when I have the ball and don't make any runs even when I press LB to make them do runs. I'll most definitely be making a pass on this game.

You shouldn't be relying on the cpu to help you defend. Learn to jockey, and defense will be pretty easy. Never attack the guy with the ball. Wait for the player to make a heavy touch. The CPU is ridiculous when it comes to handling the ball.

One easy trick is to just jockey the guy and then keep holding the jockey button and run into him, this will usually force your guy into tackling him anyway. Hitting one of the tackle buttons usually ends up with the computer just turning the other way or away from the tackle being made.

I avoid using the tackle buttons unless the computer pushes the ball forward enough that it takes a couple steps to get the ball back to their feet.

Regardless I'm still passing after buying Gears and NHL the last two weeks. Football Manager is my soccer game of choice anyway.

EDIT: And I'm also talking about the other 10 guys I can't control that suck at defending. I've only really ever played a FIFA game whenever the world cup rolls around anyway, just not the game for me.

Dude, come on. Everyone knows IGN verbally fellates EA any chance they get. Didn't they rate FIFA 11 a 9.5 out of 10 last year? And we all know the FIFA 11 was one of the worst installments of the game in about a decade.

I'm fairly certain Survivor was being sarcastic...although it's hard to tell through text.

That being said it's not like the game is terrible like you guys are making it out to be, of course it's not worthy of a 9.5 either. But you guys already know how EA & IGN are.

It IS terrible like we are making it out to be. It's so bad in fact that despite PES doing nothing of note to improve their own game they have still closed the gap in quality.

Been playing it with Season Pass and it totally sucks because it was made by EA.

I didn't play the demo.It plays like last years game but then again I'm a pretty casual FIFA player. If I had FIFA 11 I wouldn't buy it.

It doesn't really play like last years game though. This year it focuses more on the build up, which to me is incredibly boring. All of my games in the demo are ending in penalties after a 0-0 tie. They dramatically nerfed goals scored on crosses into the box but they didn't really open it up in front of the net. I get fucking mugged every time I try and it work it close to the goal.

Guys... I'm sucking major dick at the demo. I don't understand. I mean, I have never been great with the sticks, but I understand the sport.

If I play on beginner I win 5-0 almost every time regardless of the teams, but either of the other difficulties the only way to win is 0-0 shootout, but normally it is 2-0 or 3-0 losses. Advice?
