You guys actually liked WC? So far it's been the only Next Gen soccer game I've played since the '06 WC one, but I didn't like it one bit. If you guys are saying that it's better than '11 then I'm scared to even want to play this game. I enjoyed the PES games back on the PS2 days.

I hosted a big WC tourney at my house and teams that were first and second weren't advancing over the 3rd and 4th place teams.

I was addicted to FIFA 11 for like 2 weeks. 1st non-sports game that I've played for many hours straight, several days in a row in a long time. I haven't played 12 yet, I heard its a lot harder to scorer this year.

Couple things I don't like about the game. First is my players making awful runs or inexplicably going offside. The fact that you cannot play a slower type of game, it is geared only towards players bombing down the wings. Like heels mentioned earlier the defenders are way overpowered, it is near impossible to score a goal doing anything other than beating the goalie one on one or sending in a cross for a header. The fouls are weird too, the CPU will run up and knock me off the ball, no foul. Yet when I do it, foul every single time.

Oh and I was reading the EA Forums and it was stated around 3 new stadiums would be added this year and one of them was MLS Whitecaps BC Place Stadium.

Don't they know there is a beautiful little stadium in KC that would love to be in FIFA if given the chance?

No excuse for them not to have every MLS/American stadium. Stuff like Gillette,Soldier Field, all host soccer and they should be able to put it in. I guess the thing is you don't really see the stadium besides in the cutscenes pregame and when you do goalkicks. i dont know.

I could care less about including every MLS stadium. In the scheme of things the MLS is a small fish in a big pond. Give us White Hart Lane, City of Manchester Stadium, the Stadium of Light, and all the rest of the EPL's stadium. Would it be so hard to put in 10-15 stadiums from all the top flight leagues like the EPL, Bundesliga, La Liga, and Serie A? And on top of that, make the stadium's be known a little more with better cut scenes and whatnot.

I love FIFA but NCAA by far captures the atmosphere of its sport better than any other EA title. As far as the environment at games I'd say college football and soccer both have more excitement than anywhere else and we should be able to feel it. Give us some cutscenes to managers and hooligans and everything else that goes along with it.

Putting time into MLS to get those people playing is smarter than adding stadiums for people that are going to buy the game anyways. I mean, is that not EA's philosophy or what?

I get your point and all though. The reason they are adding the Whitecaps stadium is because EA has stock in the franchise. They are part owners.
