Had to upload the full highlights, won my first game 2-1 against Sunderland, then had to go to Vila Park. Enrique equalized to go 1-1 and they pretty much dominated, Kramaric, Afellay,and Breno were really struggling. Made a few subs, Vuckic came on and first touch crossed it to Ranger who equalized. Then a few minutes later Vuckic is clear and chips Guzan, 3-2 win. There's so many options left, Kiko and Moses didn't even make the bench, and Defour and Assulin were unused subs.

My 4-2-4 with Hazard and Suarez on the wings and Dzeko and Torres up top has become a machine of offense. We've got 39 goals in 12 EPL games.

It never fails, after I make my 3rd sub, someone has to come off injured. In my last match, TWO players were taken off injured in the final 15 minutes leaving me to hold onto a 1 goal lead with only 8 outfield players on the field.

I know and half the time it isn't even a serious injury. Its always like dead leg or elbow sprain and they end up out for a day or two.

Things are off to a rough start at St Etienne. At least the defence is playing well, led by keeper Janot.

After selling Payet, I only had one winger left and he wants out. I am being forced to play very narrow, and don't have any room on the wage budget to bring in depth anywhere. This is going to be a challenging season in Ligue Un

Finally got Altidore's work permit, so he joined the team and a day later Cesc spoke up about how pleased he was with the signing.
