Steven Gerrard willed us to that 2nd place finish when it seemed like we were crumbling. He scored 5 goals in our last 4 matches with one of them being a 90th minute winner at Man City. I almost won the league but in our second to last game both Agger and Enrique got themselves sent off and that eliminated any hope of winning and we lost 2-1.

Almost all of Carroll's production was from the first half of the season. He played really well but then just nosedived about midway through and couldn't do a thing.

I'm keeping my expectations fairly low. Only goal is to avoid relegation right now. I don't really think I have a premier league quality back line, so even as world class as Krul is, I think it's going to be rough going, especially away from Ashton Gate. I'm hoping Stead and Pitman can provide me something similar to what Morison and Holt do for Norwich in real life up front.

Weird new gen. Pretty much a set piece specialist right now. He's only 16 though so. He could be really good down the road once he gets some strength about him. I don't think he'll ever be a great passer or anything, but if he can develop good defensive attributes I can definitely justify having him on the pitch. He's already got pretty good mental attributes for a 16-year-old, so I'm pretty excited to see how he grows.

Unterhaching was relegated with 6 games to go. 4 points (all draws) and a -64 GD (23 for, 87 against) through 28 games

I am down 0-3 in the CL Quarters. In the DFB Pokal final against Leverkusen. And leading the Bundesliga by 3 points with 6 games to go. Just lost my first game of the season to Nurnberg. It's going to be a tight finish. I've been the better team all year, but Schalke has hung in there and I've had some weak draws

Well, the DFB Pokal went the way the season did for big matches. Dominate possession and then throw away a shitty goal. Anyways, the 2017-2018 Bundesliga three time champions!

 

Only had one more point than last season. The draws killed me, many from winning positions.

Through 14 games with Napoli I have 13 wins and 1 draw scoring 41 and conceding 5. This includes being 4-0 in the CL against Chelsea, Leverkusen and Valencia. Cavani has 17 goals and 7 assists, Lavezzi has 8 and 12, Hamsik is at 6 and 10.
