Offenses are consistent. Patriots, Colts, most of the 49er offense has been together, Jaguars, Cowboys, almost every offense has had its core stick together for a while. Of course players are going to change. But look at the Jets depth chart
QB-Sanchez-rookie
RB-Thomas Jones 2 years/Leon Washington 4 years
FB-Tony Richardson 2 years
WR1- Jerricho Cottchery 6 years
WR2- Chansi Stuckey 2 years (I actually believe he's been a Jet for 3)
WR3 Brad Smith- 3 years
TE- Dustin Keller 2 years
LT- D'Brickashaw Ferguson 4 years
LG- Alan Faneca 2 years
C Nick Mangold 4 years
RG Brandon Moore (2, 3 years, not sure exactly)
RT- Damien Woody 2 years
Every player but Sanchez has spent at least 2 years with the Jets, and I figure within 2 years you learn the system, You fail
no, you see, due to the league wide parity this is good enough to do that well with a rookie QB. The Jets are one of the better teams right now in a not so good league. Defenses are winning games for teams because most team offenses arent that cohesive and are interchanged too often.
