For the cars, I will just run around a parking lot for a bit turning all of the cars on. I'm in the 30s. I think I have 20 or 21 street crimes done. It was a pain - I was going somewhere in Hollywood, and there was a street crime in SE LA. Big pain to get there, so I let the partner drive back.

I have 6 or 7 newspapers.

always at crime scenes and if you miss any just go to the cases and it will highlight the ones you got and the ones that you are missing

edit brnt is right they are located at all major parts of an investigation that you will go to if you 100% a case

They aren't necessarily all at the crime scenes, but they are in major locations within an investigation. They're pretty difficult to miss, as they tell a big part of the story.

Now this game is really pissing me off, since I started over I'm back on the "Fallen Idol" case, everytime I go to interview June Ballard it freezes. On my first way through the story it would freeze at random times and I'd turn it off then back on and keep playing, but now it keeps freezing during that interview. It can't be the system because I play other games on it fine.

Rockstar made a statement regarding some consoles having issues with lockups and that there will be a patch made available in the coming weeks to fix it.

oh ok thanks I'm glad it wasn't just me having this problem and that they are coming out with a patch.

Clearing the cache did get me through the next two interviews though.

I guess Im one of the luckiest fuckers when in comes to games. I have had my launch PS3 with nothing but a minor hiccup since I purchased it. When it comes to games giving systems problems I never experience them.... knock on wood.

Same here. I did have LA Noire lock-up once, but it was no big deal.

So I managed to haul in Tiernan and McCaffrey, both making me go after them in chase scenes.

The Vic, an aged drunk woman looking for a sense of purpose after losing her job at a local movie studio, hooks up with two guys, each with something to offer.

Tiernan, a younger worker from the local bowling alley who liked hanging out with her but never could meet her on an intellectual level...

And McCaffrey, a charismatic socialist who used his booksmarts to run a group of Communists in his neighborhood.

Tiernan hated McCaffrey because he spat on the Vic behind her back but she didn't even notice.

But what got me to put away McCaffrey despite the mountain of evidence that suggested that Tiernan did it in a blackout, drunken rage?

A book that the Vic stole from McCaffrey, causing him to lose his shit and revert into a prototypical misogynist nightmare, getting Tiernan to believe he did it instead.

well after doing those two interviews and it locking up, i turned it off and restarted and was able to finish that case and the case afterwards no problem, then I got off to watch Netflix lol.

I still need to get a bit better at trying to tell if people are lying or telling the truth. Soon too because on my first go around I got a 1 * on the Golden Butterfly. Though I usually get a 4* on the rest except one or two.
