Omega DLC expected to release this Fall. Another Mass Effect game possilbly in the works.

• MASS EFFECT – Executive Producer Casey Hudson and his team are coming off an amazing eight-year run with the Mass Effect trilogy. But they’re not done yet. We are releasing more multiplayer content and we have more single-player stories coming throughout the next six months, including Omega which is coming in the Fall. But the Mass Effect universe is vast, and Casey and our teams have plans for another full game. “Where to go next?” with such a project has been a question a lot of us have been asking, and we’d all love to hear your ideas.

If you are a fan of the series you need to play the third game.

Another ME game would sell well regardless. I guess tonight is the night I go back and start the end game again to see the new ending. So depending on how I view that would be whether or not they go forward, or go backwards in the timeline of things. It's a universe that has Star Wars and Halo potential to be sure.

A new multiplayer pack will come Tuesday called Retaliation which introduces the Collectors to ME3. Included are 3 new weapons, 6 maps and 16 new characters. This will also introduce challenges that give you tokens that you can use to customize your characters and profile.

Something interesting to note about the inclusion of the Collectors in multiplayer is that it seems to confirm that they will be back in the upcoming Omega DLC.

New DLC comes out next week. Then again on Sim City day.

BioWare and EA have announced two more bundles of DLC for Mass Effect 3, with one focused on multiplayer and the other serving as "one final, sentimental journey with Commander Shepard and their squad," according to the press release.

The first batch of content, "Reckoning," is a free bundle of multiplayer DLC that'll be available for free when it lands this Tuesday, February 26. The pack adds new characters, weapons and item upgrades for use in multiplayer, though what any of those things are specifically remains to be seen.

"Citadel," meanwhile, is Mass Effect 3's last chunk of single-player DLC, arriving on March 5 for $14.99/1200 MS Points. The pack returns Shepard and crew to (where else) the Citadel, on a mission that will give players the "opportunity to reconnect with some of their favorite characters from all three of the Mass Effect games." Well, provided you didn't get them horribly murdered, we figure. You know what you did.

I still haven't officially bought any DLC for this, holding out for a collector's edition or something during the Holidays.

Shit, I'm still waiting on one for Dragon Age II and that's looking less and less like a possibility.

It's a little late for me to just notices this BUT...

All FIVE of the Multiplayer DLC Packs are now available for download today on PSN (probably XBL as well but I'd need someone to verify) in one convenient bundle.

15 guns, 30 characters, 10 maps (the maps are given freely but you gotta "buy" or earn packs the hard way to unlock the guns and characters... still, it's free unless you drop real dough in the transactions screen), etc.

The last of the 5 packs, Reckoning, unlocks new characters to use like...

An EDI-bot.

A Geth Juggernaut like Pad previously shown.

A Talon Merc.

A Krogan Battlemaster.

A Cabal Vanguard (READ: Female Turian... more rare than Unobtainium)

And an "Awakened" Collector.

Craziness.

Well I just picked up the ME Collection and am making my way through the series all over again. Just took Saren down moments ago, so I'll be ready for some multiplayer again soon enough. Would rather make it through ME2 first though.

I started my ME3 journey last nite. I got the Prothean which is pretty damned cool and then was on my way to the Citidel to meet up with Miranda but stopped by the save some students in trouble. I met up with Jack...that is where I stopped.
