We played this on 10 minutes, and this is the game we had, the sliders are definitely challenging Im still trying to really get the hang of the game (this was prolly my 5th game) so that could be the reason for the low score

I'm either scoring too much or having too much time on the floor to get points. Still haven't had a game (besides Boston) under 100 points. Going to probably bump it down to 10 Min Qtrs.

I score over 100 when I'm pushing hard to score. If you hope to score under 100 with 12 min quarters, you have to slow down your pace.

Especially considering the fact you have a pretty potent offensive team and you're probably converting very close to 50% of your field goals.

A lot of the time I'm moving the ball around for the complete 24 seconds. I often put up a shot within the last 5 seconds of the shot clock. It's the same for the CPU too, a lot of the time though there shots come with 15-10 seconds left on the shot clock.

Just when I was about to tone down the shooting sliders, I got an epic fail against the Bobcats. So they'll stay as they are

Turning down steal success for both CPU and USER to 100. With defensive awareness boosted, steals were a bit high.

I boosted defensive awareness to make it harder to score and vice versa, not having teams averaging 15-20 turnovers a game.

Was very happy with the way game played with both of those at 40.

It's been turned down to 40. lol. But yeah, if you're careless, try to drive right into the cpu, you're gonna get ripped.

lol I was just gonna ask u about the fouls...just too little and I saw you actually made changes to that...excellent.

The game I had with the Magic was great and damn near a perfect game...definitely feel more fouls would add the last element to this game.

Dont know if these sliders are for me, my two big problems are.

1) Low NBA IQ, I tried to play what I thought was sim basketball and run a play every possession, but I routinely ran out of time (more on that in #2) and was forced to put up bad shots, I felt.

2) Just about every time I tried to run a play, when I would try to move my player to the spot indicated on the floor, he would go the complete opposite way as if he was trying to drive or something. So I would end up getting hung up on the defender, wasting more time off the shot clock and wasting an attempt at a designed play.

EDIT: This was with the exact sliders from the first page w/ 12 min quarters.

What's funny is using these sliders, Vinsane says all his games are over 100 points and teams are shooting close to 50% while you're box shows me both teams shooting under 40. lol.

Sliders are meant to be something you use and tweak for your personal use imo.

Not everyone plays the same way. Some people are better at the game than others, etc etc.

Just mess with em till you get the results you are looking for as far as difficulty, realism go.
