David Aldridge: Lamar Odom. How are you doing?

Lamar Odom: Good, good. Nice to be here.

David Aldridge: Oh, I bet it's great to be in the spot you're in right now, with the Wizards in the Eastern Conference semi-finals.

Lamar Odom: Oh man I know. It's crazy. With the start we had this year, it's amazing that we've made it this far.

David Aldridge: What do you think brought the turn-around that you guys had?

Lamar Odom: We had some roster moves throughout the year, bringing guys like Hakim (Warrick), Darius (Miles), Daequan (Cook), Joel (Anthony), and myself. We just began to gel as a team I think, we started working well together.

David Aldridge: What about you? You had a great year, exceeding the expectations of many.

Lamar Odom: Yeah, I kind of carry around that "lazy" rep (laughs). It's good to show that I am the player that the so-called experts said I never would be.

David Aldridge: You've shown that you can shoot, rebound, pass, play defense, score, and lead a team. Is there anything you can't do?

Lamar Odom: Yeah, win a championship. Miami won after I left, Lakers won before I got there.

David Aldridge: What about this year? Think you can finally get over that hump?

Lamar Odom: Yeah, yeah, I really do. Every series in our conference was an upset. We have an eight seed coming up, and this shouldn't be taken as offensive to the Bulls because they did a wonderful job in the first round, but we are much happier to see them than Boston.

David Aldridge: So you really think this is the year?

Lamar Odom: I'm looking at everything, and there isn't one team in the East that can beat us. Our team is really meshing, we won't be stopped easily.

ok guys minor setback.

my friend came over and did a fantasy draft with the wizards. he went to save it and saw a file called 'Wizards' so he saved over it.

luckily i did have a backup file, but its not fully up to date. i have it saved up to the start of the second round. this means that the mavs/blazers game and the spurs/lakers game will need to be re-done, and i'm going to need to play my first game against the bulls again.
