Just played another game on AA, it was a really good game and I had a blast.
I was Oklahoma, I started out on defence, I called a basic cover 2 on the first play and Florida's WR beat my safety deep for a TD. I shut down Florida for the rest of the half though, and kicked two field goals to make the score 7-6 at halftime.
I started with the ball in the second half and went on a long (3 minutes) drive for a touchdown, and then got the 2-point conversion to make it 14-7. Tebow came right back though, and scored a touchdown. I tried to score in the final 30 seconds and promptly threw a pick, seemingly giving Florida the win as they had the ball at my own 20. I called a timeout though and set my play style to aggresive and hit sticked the RB on the next play, he fumbled, I recovered and the game was going to overtime.
Florida had the ball first, but they went 3 and out thanks to a heavy load of blitzes, but they still kicked a fieldgoal. Then I took my turn, and on 3rd and goal I threw one up to my TE in the endzone and he brought it down for the win.
I don't know if I'll buy this game yet, it will probably be a wait and see thing,

I will buy the game. I suggest you check the demo if you haven't and make your own mind up. I think the D and the O are fairly balanced. Looks like they have taken the edge off the blitzes and the QB has more time to make the play.
I don't have a problem with that. If you blitz a lot, yeah, I can see that calling for a change.
TalibackU had some good 1st impressions as others did, and I agree with them, so it would be rundant to express them again. However, it is all in the eyes of the beholder, lol.
I do see some "tight" responses, which I like. I do see that when the QB has "extra" time to make the play, basically it is b/c of the wrong defense I called. Mind you, only 6 minutes. There are just so many scenarios that Tib can incorporate into the game at this time........but I see more coming down the road as the expanse of the PS3 is taken advantage of. Personally, I think we need to harken to the dawning of "are you ready for some "real" football."
Is it here yet? Nope. But each edition of NCAA does get better, not worse. And damn, what can I expect from Madden?

1] Players respond with better control.
2] Don't think your QB is gonna just run around and thru the line.

When it comes to graphics, I usually don't judge graphics by demos. So I'd wait till the game drops if it bothers you enough.

Played one game. Got beat by UF. First thing I hate is the camera. I know there will be more options when the game is released, but I wish they would give you the option to switch it in the demo.
The game doesn't feel any different then NCAA 09, but I only played 09 for a month last year, so I'm not the best judge with that.
Currently playing as UF right now and its clear they are much better than OU. UF's playbook is crazy, and a better fit for me as I love to pass(esp out of Shotgun).
Game is good, but nothing new. I'll probably buy just to play some online games with the people here. It's basically another one month rental, though.

I got no sacks on Tebow, and it was weird. 1st half, the cpu got no pressure on me. The 2nd half, on my last drive the cpu got two sacks. Just feels smoother as a whole though, more to come.

I've noticed that you can get some decent pressure on the QB if you rush a LB at the center or guard. However I still haven't gotten any sacks.
To me at least the demo is a lot of fun, however I'm sure the "new toy" way I'm looking at it is preventing me from noticing the faults. Depending on how rosters and other stuff for franchise are I might buy this game.
Also as far as download times go it took me around 2 hours, but I have regular DSL and my XBOX is connected to the DSL box by a 100 foot cord.
