Wow, we barely escaped with a 28-21 win over Vista Ridge. I had a pretty solid game running the ball with 19 carries for 114 yards as well as a 6-yard reception, but my backup poached both rushing TDs away from me.

I got some good action on D, with 4 tackles (1 for loss), but I allowed the go-ahead TD pass for Vista Ridge because of the stupid camera angle. Luckily we drove back down the field and scored to seal the deal.

I was offered a scholarship at HB from New Mexico after the game.

What are you thinking about the offers? I would go Baylor. Big competition and a chance to play some great teams.

As of right now, I think I'd go Baylor. I wish I could see their depth charts right now to get a good look. It looks like Tulsa will be ready to offer after the next game, but I really need to turn it up if I'm going to get looks from Texas or USC.

I agree with you about the depth chart issue. However, I would likely take any offer from a major program. That is why I would likely accept Ole Miss ATM over USF. I love USF, it is my alma mater, but, the chance to play at a SEC school would be really cool.

DOMINATION! We played at Rouse High School and completely destroyed the 0-6 Raiders to the tune of 31-7. Not to mention, I got my first interceptions of the season! Note the the plural there!

Offensively, I didn't do so hot as I only mustered up 59 yards on 16 carries, but I did manage to score a rushing TD on the goal line.

Defensively, this was a breakout performance. I managed to get 3 tackles (1 for loss) and I snagged two interceptions on the day!

Rice, Baylor, and New Mexico came calling with CB offers after the performance.

Well, we managed to completely screw the pooch in a 13-10 lost to Marble Falls. I was absolutely dominating on the ground for most of the game, but I never got my number called in key moments.

On offense, I had 13 carries for 73 yards. On defense, I had 6 tackles (1 for loss), which is a career-high.

I pulled the bare minimum in recruiting points for each position, but I still managed to get an offer at HB for SMU and offers at CB from SMU and Houston.

We have 6-2 Dripping Springs coming up and I'm a bit worried about that game.

AA. It's actually pretty tough, as well.

Ya i started on Heismen for like the 1st 2 games. Im a WR/FS. Did ok at FS got like 6 tackles 1 game. However, wr was a different story. Had like 10 balls thrown my way, only caught like 1 or 2. I dropped like 2 and my qb overthrew me a bunch. I switched to AA for the 3 game and did better. Got like 5 catches for like 90 yards(no touchdowns tho. I only had like 1 series were i was running plays in the redzone. they subbed me out the rest of our times) and like 5 tkl and 2 tfl.

Fuck my coach and fuck my QB, seriously. I completely dominate a game and they are determined to pass the ball instead and we wind up barely losing.

Today I had 12 carries for 143 yards and 1 touchdown as well as 1 reception for 68 yards and a touchdown. 211 total yards and I still can rarely get 15+ touches in a game. :smh:

On defense, I managed 3 tackles (2 for loss) and 3 ATK. However, I did give up a long TD.

Still, we lost 24-21 because our defense is porous and our QB doesn't help to keep them off the field.

After the game, Tulsa and Houston both came calling with offers to play HB. Arizona State and TCU also called to let me know they would come out to catch my next game.

PITT just offered me a scholarship after this game for HB. As well as Michigan State, Boise State and Wisconsin are all interested in me as well. No idea who to pick.

Nice performance. Sounds like you may be getting the hang of playing CB. Baylor has now offered you at both HB and CB.

That is the one thing that is both a blessing and a curse. The play-calling. I get called on to drop into coverage at least 2-3 times a game. I don't mind it, but, damn, when I am hot let me keep going after the QB!

The stats are good, but it pisses me off because we lost the game as a result of me not getting the ball. If I was dominating, so be it, but I was smoking them.

Shit thing is now they want to run me all the time, and with the line sucking shit and theirs better, I got owned. We ended up on the wrong end of a 17-10 loss. 23 carriers 73 yards and a TD, 3 RED for 25 yards.

What I don't get is how sometimes I am off the field for large drives. Like a 5-8 play drive from the 50 to a TD I am on the bench.

I ended up picking Boise State after the last game. Wisconsin, Michigan and Penn State all expressed interest. I went with Wisconsin. So as it stands

Final game of the season we played a surprisingly weak (0-9) Lake Travis Cavaliers squad. Well, my QB managed to completely fuck that game up for us, as he tossed two crucial (and completely boneheaded) INTs en route to a 21-17 loss.

I had 19 carries for 73 yards and 1 reception for 12 yards. On D, I tied my career-high with 6 tackles in the game.

What is awesome is that Arizona State and Texas A&M offered me a scholarship at HB.

The playoffs begin this week and we have #1 seed Kirby (9-1). Pray for my idiot coach and QB to pull it together this week.
