marshall is a headache, but unless you think he won't handle it in NY, who wouldn't trade a 100 catch receiver for a 3rd down back and special teams guy. To me it's an easy choice unless you just don't want Marshall. I think the Keller for Graham swap evens up the trade a little...that said, while this is a fair trade it's unrealistic. As I wrote on my Synopsis of trade strategies...teams don't mess with an area of strength or stability. The may trade from an abundance of strength at a position but they don't create one whole to fill another. Marshall will go for draft choices most likely.

Supposedly the Broncos would take a 1st and a 3rd round draft pick for Marshall

Now, i know the next trade is somewhat unrealistic, yet i need help on making the trade balanced

I'm controlling the Texans, and i want to reunite Clay Matthews and Brian Cushings on my team

Now what would i have to do to get clay?

I'm going to trade them my first rounder next year and what else? I can trade them some prospects at various positions.

I think you should trade Marshall to Baltimore lol for Kelly Gregg, Jarrett Johnson and a 2nd rounder or so if you want to be fair and all

Although Marshall's value has just plummeted after that practise IMO

i'm thinking about trading for the Eagles' FS Quintin Demps, i've played with him before and i really like him, plus we dont really have a starting FS, McBath is like my 2nd string and hes still a rookie, i got Renaldo Hill, but hes like 8 yrs experience, Demps is in his 2nd yr and like a 80 overall rating i believe, would check but i'm in a game, dont know what i could really offer, maybe a 2nd and a player?

2nd is a lot for Demps. I wouldn't give up nearly that much.

Again, all this helps me when I make my own trades.....let's see:

Johnson is a 2nd string lb at best, maybe special teams player if he can block. Hale looks like a versatile backup (you didn't say he was a starter so I'm assuming). For two promising young players.....why would cincinatti do this? Johnson sounds like a throw in...Hale may have some use, but is he going to be so valuable to Cincy that they give up on two guys who could be, unless I'm mistaken, future starters? Cincy just drafted MJ? Why in hell would they trade a guy they just drafted? I'd have to say no big time to this trade.

Johnson could start in a 3-4 depending on what they already have

EDIT: Saw he said Cincy so 3-4 is out the window

Again why would Cincy trade a guy they just drafted..nobody does that as far as I know...you trade away the pick if you do'n't want the guy.

Roth is expendable since they signed C. Ware at the same spot. Obviously they weren't happy with Roth if they signed someone at the same position who are about equals. They might not want Javon for the contract however.

I wasn't being argumentative...just emphazing the point (which I know I can beat a dead horse sometimes). It just doens't seem like a realistic trade to me. thanks for the info....I'm really starting to lose track of the newer guys in the league...I guess if I had madden 10 it'd help me keep up.

It's fine lol ... I just didn't want to come across as saying the trade was fair . I think rookies who have just been drafted should be off limits for at least 2-3 seasons

I agree, seems fair...I just might ask if the phins need a receiver. Otherswise a draft choice alone might be enough. Don't throw in dead wood. Teams don't want to take on contracts unless it's filling aneed. They'd rather have draft choice and sign free agents. go to cbssportsline.com and check out NFL transactions. 98% of them are FA signings and trades for draft choices...you rarely get players for players imo.

They need one ... but Walker has a cancerous contract lol
